What We Do

Defining Clear Objectives

Our process begins with defining clear objectives and expectations for what your website will do for your business, whether that be to support a new product/brand launch or to move from the traditional brick and mortar retail to doing business online.  Do you want to manage all product inventory online or does your store need to communicate with an existing ERP system already in place?  How often do you expect to process orders -- every hour or every day?  Do you expect your website to be in sync with your warehouse operations or will you manage shipping on your own?  We can help address all these concerns.

Discovering New Possibilities

What are the possibilities for developing a serious online presence?  What are the best choices in open source software to deploy with a minimum of cost?  What level of automation are you expecting or do you have the staff in place to manage your store?  We can help determine what the resources are necessary and the time involved in getting there.  Let's explore!

Designing Effective Content

Coming from a background in photography and design, I can say for a fact that any product is best served with a healthy dose of compelling imagery and design.  For example, one of my very first fashion clients in print had a big problem with returns -- the photos did not represent the actual products.  We started all photography from scratch with an emphasis on getting the colors perfect.  Once that process was in place, we started putting the clothes on models with recognizable faces.  Within a short period of time, sales jumped from $5M per year to over $40M, putting the company on the Forbes 500 fastest growing company list.

Delivering Solutions that Work

Considering all the work that goes into gertting this far, it would all be pointless without secure and reliable software and hardware for your website.  We can help scale your application from moderate traffic, affordable providers up to containers/clusters if need be to manage larger amounts of traffic and data processing.
